Caritas Cambodia is an International Non-governmental Organization working in eight provinces of Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kandal, Takeo, Preash Vihear and Mondulkiri province in Integrated Development, Sustainable Agriculture,Community Health and HIV/AIDS. Caritas Cambodia in Siem Reap is currently seeking one dynamic and qualified Cambodian National graduated in Agronomy to work in close cooperation with the Agriculture staff of the Livelihood Program for PLHA and for Families of Underweight Children in the Health and HIV/AIDS program of Siem Reap Province.

The candidate will work in an interesting program with opportunity of long term contract and strong capacity building.

Team leader of 5 Community Development Workers on livelihood

• Educational background: Agriculture, Small Animal Husbandry, Small business.
• Experience in loan monitoring.
• Knowledge in group formation, participatory assessment, monitoring and evaluation.
• Good networking and leadership skills.
• Good English and computer skills, good report writing skills.

• Form and strengthen PLHA SHG ,develop activity plans and develop strategies with the groups.
• Form strong groups with Team leader, deputy,treasurer and train them on their tasks.
• Provide support to the PLHA “Key Farmers” ofthe PLHA Self Help Groups.
• Organize training on “Multiple purpose farm”for PLHA members and all PLHA in HBC program.
• Monitor loans, saving and credit programs.
• Implement, monitor and evaluate activities with PLHA or poorest families themselves.
• Work in a team with the Community Home Based Care and with Community Health Program.
• Write weekly and monthly plans according to budget and activity reports timely.(weekly, monthly and annually)
