Originally open in 1929, Raffles Hotel Le Royal is a warm and welcoming property, reflecting the middle era of Indochina, a vibrant French colony, with its own lifestyle and accompanying attributes. In international, regional and local markets it is regarded for its delivery of heartfelt service levels and personal attention, often recognized as setting the benchmark for Khmer hospitality. It is an exciting time to join the team as the hotel is currently undergoing a revitalizing refurbishment and Phnom Penh is developing rapidly. We are now inviting applications from dynamic, motivated, and experienced professionals for the following positions:
1. Assistant Chief Engineer (1 Position)
2. Butler (1 Position)

Job Requirement :
|
|
1- Assistant Chief Engineer
- Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management
- Ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills
- A creative, practical and pro-active approach to problem solving
- A proven ability to build, lead and manage a team
- An energetic and dynamic personality
- Post-Secondary graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in hospitality industry with multi-trades at a supervisory level
2. Butler
- Knowledge Opera CRS; Opera PM; MS Outlook; Word; Excel; Power Point.
- Strong English language skills (verbal & written).
- Good organizational skills.
- Impeccable personal hygiene.
- Good level of engagement with guests.
- High level of integrity, enthusiasm, dedication and support for continuous improvement.
- Must have a creative and innovative mindset to develop new ideas.
- Flexible management style to meet challenge of a changing work environment.
- Good knowledge of the entire Housekeeping Operations.
- Must be a self-starter, coach & mentor who can inspire the team to perform their best.
- Should have a good knowledge of Phnom Penh, including its history, tourist attractions and current events.
