• At least 5 year experience of marketing management, experience of agriculture product marketing is advantage
• Experience of marketing and promotion design is advantage
• Education and Skill
• Hold bachelor degree/Master in marketing, management or related fields
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime
• Able to work independently and take initiatives
• Good knowledge of promotional business and marketing
• Knowledge of English and MS office (work, excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop..etc)

• Monitor and analyze market trends and survey
• Study competitors' products and services
• Explore ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability
• Identify target markets and develop marketing strategies/pl ans to ensure that they are run smoothly and effectively with the company’s guideline
• Prepare and manage marketing plans, marketing strategies and budgets
• Manage the production of promotional material
• Liaise with other internal departments such as sales and distribution
• Produce reports to monitor results
• Present findings and suggestions to company directors or other senior managers
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions; communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships; maintaining and updating customer databases
• Support and manage a marketing team
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management
