Job Requirement :
  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • At least bachelor degree level in marketing and or Business/Commerce
  • Extensive knowledge of Agricultural equipment operation and application
  • NOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • ESSENTIAL:
  • A track record in successfully managing key accounts and driving sales
  • At least 5years Work Experience within sales sector or public relation
  • Good communication and negotiation skills for the business
  • OTHER:
  • Must be easy-going and good at communicating with others
  • Adopting the new environment fast and willing to learn in new field
  • English and Chinese proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Driver’s License for the vehicle
  • Able to travel at short notice
Job Duties :
  • Internal/External Interactions:
  • *Internal
  • Set up KPI and achieve the target on sales volume
  • Build up an strong Key Account teams working together with other department
  • Assisting on Chinese material such brochure, training material translation, etc for the clients
  • Developing more useful products for new investors
  • *External
  • Developing more Chinese and foreign Key Account clients
  • maintaining the existed clients and supporting the clients
  • Improving better customer relationship
  • Laisse with local organization or commerce on marketing image
  • Functional Responsibilities
  • *Functional Area (i.e. Sales)
  • Preparing Chinese Materials and Generating more sales and achieve the
  • KPI
  • Maintaining the existed customers for better relationship
  • Obtaining new opportunity from the new investment in Cambodia
  • *Functional Area (i.e. Aftersales)
  • Liaising with the clients to support the clients in term of their demands
  • Promoting John Deere Spare Parts to our existed customers
  • Contacting the farmer to understand the situation and their issues with solution
  • *Functional Area (i.e. Business Development)
  • Developing more Agricultural Products and clients in term of C&FI clients’demands
  • To find out other suitable Agricultural products for the market
  • *Functional Area (i.e. Marketing)
  • Arranging the marketing online and offline to promote the brand of our products
  • Conducting product demo/ case study for the clients
  • Knowledge Responsibilities:
  • *Agricultural segment knowledge and Agricultural Equipment Knowledge Skills
  • The skill of customer relationship management
  • Financial Responsibilities:
  • *Response for Revenue generation
  • *Response for Overdue Payment and Outstanding Payment Collection
  • HR Responsibilities:
  • *Direct line management reports on the job responsibility
  • Travel Requirements:
  • *At least 75% of the time travelling nationally
