• Create & lead the entire 3 year business strategy, operational plans, budgets, brand priorities, targets & financial review process in cooperation with Auskhmer Leadership team.
• Manage the entire business operation & P&L
• Deliver superior guest services and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently to customer complaints
• Enforce and offer the best quality of products possible
• Lead, manage & hold accountable to clear objectives & KPI all staff
• Appraise personnel’s performance and provide feedback to keep them upbeat and on target
• Clearly forecast consumption, product requirements and maintain inventory & sales targets
• Monitor compliance with sanitation and safety rules and regulations
• Control costs and minimize waste as per the business plan and set targets
• Successfully promote and publicize the brand – The Providore
• Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
• Monitor operations and initiate corrective actions
• Manage the Chef & assist to determine the most attractive menus and prices in line with the business & brand strategies
• Responsible for the entire operational equipment, utensils and their maintenance.
• Responsible for hygiene and cleanliness in all covering areas.
• To conduct training classes, meetings and any other events for proper development of employees and communication & continuously improve team capability
• Must ensure that accurate inventories are taken and maintain all inventory records of beverages, guest & cleaning supplies, amenities and other applicable items.
