•  At least bachelor degree of Mechanical Engineering and/or other related fields.
•  Fresh graduate is also welcomed.
•  Experience in motorcycle repair is an advantage.
•  Good command of English (Writing and Reading)
•  Knowledge of Ms. Office such as Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point and E-mail.
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills.
•  Be willing to learn.
•  Be patient, honest and ethical person. 
•  Male only

•  Follow up all Faulty Report which sent from Dealers by E-Mail.
•  Collect Warranty Claim Application (Knock Down & Completed Building Unit) from Dealers.
•  Input validated Faulty Data reported onto summary sheet of both Models (KD and CBU). 
•  Prepare monthly report of CBU Warranty to superior.
•  Input monthly Warranty Claim Data onto Tracking Sheet.
•  Monitor monthly Warranty Claim from Dealers.
•  Organize Claimed Disposal Parts and prepare report.
