•Bachelor Degree of Business or relevant fields
•At least 5 year experience in warehouse and distribution management
•Ms.Office,esp.Ms.Excel
•Able to speak and write English
•Leadership
•Sound knowledge of Logistics

•To supervise distribution (transportation) activities and functions, and take necessary actions to achieve on-time delivery
•To collaborate with transport vendors to have qualified delivery services
•To check/verify all payment reports regarding workers, drivers, and transport vendors
•To supervise loading and unloading of products/materials
•To ensure quality control checks as per instructions
•To ensure accurate counting of products/materials received and issued
•To check the availability of materials to match the production schedule
•To check the availability of finished goods to fulfill the sales forecast
•To check the availability of storages to ensure a continuous production
•To ensure stock count of products/materials is done at required interval
•To communicate internally and externally to facilitate all warehouse and transportation operations
•To strive to minimize all waste
•To make, review, and update all necessary reports
•To review and update procedures, instructions, and controls so as to meet and improve the company’s standards
•To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve warehouse and transportation operations
•To supervise the cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance of trucks, warehouse equipment, areas, and tools including forklifts
•To always work in a safe manner, following the safety rules and instructions, and common sense
