• គ្រប់គ្រងក្រុមវេចខ្ចប់និងឡើងអ៊ីវ៉ានដើម្បីសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅនៃផែនការទិញរបស់អតិថិជន។/ Control bagging and loading team to achieve the goal of planning from customers’ orders. 
•  ផ្តល់ផែនការដល់មេក្រុមក្នុងការវេចខ្ចប់ ឡើងអ៊ីវ៉ាន និងការបែងចែកពណ៌ចំណីតាមតម្រូវការរបស់អតិថិជន/ Provide the plan to BL leader for loading bagging and separate color of product for each customer need. 
•  Make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities. 
•  បង្រៀនកម្មករវិធីពិនិត្យគុណភាពចំណីនិងសុវត្ថភាពពេលធ្វើការ/ Training workers to check quality of products and safety of working 
•  ពិនិត្យមើលពណ៌នៃផលិតផល ហើយផ្គូផ្គងនិងដឹកជញ្ជូនទៅកាន់អតិថិជននីមួយៗ/ Check color of products Match to delivery to each customer 
•  ពិនិត្យមើលបរិមាណចំណីក្នុងធុងជាមួយនឹងក្រុមផលិតកម្ម/ check the stock of quantity of products, with production team. 
•  ទទួលការគម្មង់ពីអតិថិជន និងរៀបចំគម្រោការដឹកជញ្ជូ និងវិភាគរវាងគម្រោងការកម្មង់របស់អតិថិជននិងវត្ថុធាតុដើម/Receive purchase order from Customers and make a plan for delivery and Analyzing on customer plan and schedule of raw materials. 
•  ត្រូវប្រកដថាអ៊ីវ៉ានដឹកដល់អតិថិជនទាន់ពេល/ To make sure product arrived customers on time. 
•  ទទួលការតវ៉ាពីអតិថិជននិងប្រជុំជាមួយក្រុមដើម្បីរកវិធីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហារបស់អតិថិជន។/ Receive customers’ complaint and meeting with team to fine solution for satisfying customers 
•  ចរចារជាមួយអតិថិជនអំពីផលិតផលនិងគម្រោងដឹកជញ្ជូន/ Negotiation with customers about products and planning of delivery.
•  កម្មង់ឡានទៅតាមកាលវិភាគដឹកជញ្ជូនរបស់អតិថិជនOrder truck depending on schedule of delivery that customer order
•  ចរចារជាមួយអ្នកផ្គត់ផ្គង់ឡានពីតម្លៃឲ្យសមរម្យ/ Negotiation with trucking guy about the properly price.
