•  Bachelor degree in environment, development management, program development other related fields
•  At least one year of work experiences in WASH project, Community-led Total Sanitation (CLTS) or other relevant sector. Knows the basic concepts in water, sanitation and hygiene.
•  Good knowledge and experience in program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
•  Language: Fair English speaking and writing skill
•  Ms. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
•  Have a good interpersonal and communication skill, team work, independent, and result-oriented;
•  Ability to use initiative, prioritize, multi-task, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines;
•  Align with Chamroeun’s vision, mission, code of conducts, code of ethics, and social business charter;

• Attracting potential water and sanitation service provider in each branch, and sharing experience on WASH technical knowledge to increase their capacity to become partners in order to improve the quality of WASH facilities, with at least one contractor in each branch
•  Directing and regular monitoring with contractor in WASH facilities construction and ensure that its accordance with the agreed facility and the standard of practice
•  Build coordination and to be key focal person in cooperation with local authority, government counterpart (PDRD, PHD), community people and other stakeholders to ensure achieving the project objective and goal
•  Monitor and support the program activities at the branch level on monthly basis at branch level through field visit, branch visit, written report (WASH loan and activities) and sharing lesson learn to relevant stakeholders;
•  Provide various training to relevant branch staff associated to orientation and refresher courses on hygiene and sanitation education as well as WASH financing policies and procedures i.e. product promotion, loan assessment, monitoring, and follow-up;
•  Perform quality control and loan utilization checks to ensure that WASH financing policies and procedures are fully followed through by branch staff and the partners.
• Participating in training delivery on hygiene and sanitation education for behaviors change to beneficiaries/partner in the meeting points by CF, WASH NGO and relevant stakeholder.
•  Building a working team with operation team (Head of provinces and branch office team) in implementing water, hygiene and sanitation (WASH) financing program.
•  Produce monthly report on the WASH financing progress in the associated branches to supervisor.
