Paul’s BrewHouse brings in the taste of U.S.A. donuts to Cambodia in 2010. It is now one of the leading coffee houses in Cambodia . Currently, it has six outlets in Phnom Penh.

We are in the process of further expansion; therefore, we are looking to recruit the following positions:
Operation/Service Manager (National/Expatriate) ( 01 Position )
Store Supervisor ( 03 Positions )
Cashier ( 02 Positions )
Head Chef ( 02 Positions )
Chef( 03 Positions )
Barista ( 10 Positions )  

Operation/Service Manager

• Hold bachelor degree or higher in business administration, marketing or any related fields
• At least 3 years experience in food service/hospitality
• Management experiences
• Commitment, dedication and motivational person
• Previous experiences in coffee shops especially international ones is more preferred
• Honesty, good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in English

Store Supervisor

• At least 2 years experience as a supervisor working in food, hospitality and/or coffee shops
• Basic knowledge in food and beverage management
• Proficient in English
• Customer orientation is a must
• Honest, flexible and friendly
• Good team spirit
• Willing to work under pressure

Cashier

• At least 1 year experience as a cashier
• Computer literate and proficient in English
• Honestly, flexible and friendly
• Customer orientation is a must
• Able to work under pressure

Head Chef

• At least 2 years experience as a chef or head chef in a hotel, restaurant and/or coffee shops
• Extensive kitchen experience
• Good team spirit
• Willing to work under pressure
• Able to communicate and write in English

Chef

• At least 2 years experience as a chef in a hotel or restaurant
• Extensive kitchen experience
• Good team spirit

Barista

• At least 1 year experience as a barista
• Customer service orientation is a must
• Willing to work under pressure
• Able to communicate and write in English
• Good team spirit
• Honest, flexible and friendly
