Job Requirement :

General Manager

  • At least 7 years experiences a Top Management and related with the hotel industry
  • Age 27 up
  • Overseas experience
  • Bachelor- MBA Degree
  • Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills
  • Judgment and decision-making ability
  • Experience monitoring market place to identify business opportunities
  • Complies with equal employment opportunity laws, regulations and company policies related to discrimination in hiring, firing, promotion and compensation
  • Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
  • Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities
  • Superior organizational skills

Residential Manager

  • At least 5 years experiences a Residential Management and related with the hotel industry
  • Age 27 up
  • Overseas experience
  • Need to take subjects like economics, math, business or accounting in high school.
  • Complete 2 years associate’s degree program
  • Having bachelor’s degree will actually help in working as an executive assistant to CEO’s and directors.
  • Having perfect knowledge about computer and need to be well versed with MS office.

Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Female/Male
  • At least of 5-years in sales and marketing/customer services management and supervisor

  • BBA of sales and marketing or equivalent
  • Friendly, good at coaching, communication internal and external, Leadership, high motivation, solving the problem
  • Strong of Marketing and Sales Plan (planning activities)
  • Strong of staff management and supervision
  • Can set up and lead sales and to achieve annual plan, analyze sales situation and data and solve the issue
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Can use PC ( Ms. word, Ms. Excel, internet, outlook and power point)

Human Resource Manager

  • Experience in maintaining highest level of standards in a luxury environment and a multicultural and international hospitality company
  • At least 5 years of experience in a HR management position (in a hotel preferably)
  • Age 27 up
  • Used to work under pressure and reach objectives
  • High level of understanding of local HR and social issues
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to details
  • Good presentation, good and positive attitude
  • At least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences or Management
  • Fluent in Khmer and English, spoken and written

Spa Manager

  • At least 5 years of work experience in spa operation (preferably in hotel spa), and at least 2 years supervisory or managerial experience
  • Age 27 up
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Spa training certificate highly preferred
  • Bachelor degree in hospitality, spa management or related filed is preferred
  • Business experience with knowledge of spa, marketing, finance and accounting is a plus
  • Good organizational, planning and managerial skills

Food and Beverage Manager

  • Background in hospitality/restaurant management, or any business related field
  • At least 5years proven experience of restaurant/foodservice operations in management level
  • Age 27 up
  • Experience in opening and running a new restaurant
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good leadership skills, people management skills and training to staff;
  • Proficiency in Ms. Office and restaurant-related applications/software
  • Good command in English

Front office Manager

  • At least 5 years of experience in a Front office management position (in a hotel preferably)
  • Age 27 up
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Should be a self starter and should work with less supervision
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle pressure
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to follow company rules and policies
  • Possess supervisory skills

Chief of Security

  • At least 5 years of experience in chief of security position (in a hotel preferably)
  • Age 27 up
  • Must be alert and have excellent observation skills
  • Ability to take swift and efficient action in times of emergency
  • Must be bold and courageous to deal with miscreants
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the floor plan of the hospital including all the normal and emergency entry and exit points
  • Must have good communication and analytical abilities
  • Must have a good knowledge about the rules and regulations of the hospital

Chief of House Keeping

  • At least 5 years of experience in chief of housekeeping position (in a hotel preferably)
  • Age 27 up
  • Excellent communication and leadership qualities
  • A very keen eye for detail
  • Excellent customer service ethics
  • Good knowledge about housekeeping services
  • Ability to work well under stress
  • Excellent personal grooming skills
  • Excellent planning and analysis skills
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Ability to work hard and work long hours since the work is physically tiring
  • Good mathematical ability to compute and monitor financial details of housekeeping department

Chief of Maintenance

  • At least 5 years of experience in chief of maintenance position (in a hotel preferably)
  • Age 27 up
  • Operational skills: High amount operational skills are required to know all types of maintenance jobs like repairing, working of equipments, engineering work etc.
  • Customer service skills: Hotel maintenance is all about providing high amount of quality to its customers.
  • Interpersonal skills: A hotel maintenance person should have good interpersonal skills as he/she deals with superiors, collogues and different kinds of customers.
  • Management skills: Few maintenance persons also have to perform job of a supervisor or a manger thus requiring management skills.
  • Scheduling and planning skills: A maintenance person has to perform a number of jobs at a time thus planning and scheduling is a must.
Job Duties :

General Manager

  • Planning and organizing accommodation, catering and other hotel services;
  • Promoting and marketing the business;
  • Managing budgets and financial plans as well as controlling expenditure;
  • Maintaining statistical and financial records;
  • Setting and achieving sales and profit targets;
  • Analyzing sales figures and devising marketing and revenue management strategies;
  • Recruiting, training and monitoring staff;
  • Planning work schedules for individuals and teams;
  • Meeting and greeting customers;
  • Dealing with customer complaints and comments;
  • Addressing problems and troubleshooting;
  • Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly;
  • Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations and furnishings;
  • Dealing with contractors and suppliers;
  • Ensuring security is effective;
  • Carrying out inspections of property and services;
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations.
  • Develop new business opportunity

Residential Manager

  • Schedule executive meetings and travel plans are one of the important duties that an executive assistant need to perform.
  • Assisting executives in all possible works likes in meetings, preparing documents and presentations.
  • Need to attend phone calls from clients and also respond to the emails received from clients and concerned party members without fail.
  • It is executive assistant duty to complete the assigned work at given time without any delay and by the end of the day it is his responsibility to report to the executive or supervisor with completion of given work.
  • Conducting market research and in turn helps executive in making important business decisions.
  • Updating executive about appoints with various clients.
  • It is executive assistant’s duty to make sure all the reports and data files are arranged in a perfect manner so as to avoid any inconvenience in business matters
  • Ensure client’s satisfaction with company services is one of the main responsibilities of an executive assistant.
  • If any changes happen in company rules then executive assistant is the one who need to acquire complete knowledge about all the changes taken place so as to update the staff members.
  • He sometimes needs to take staff meetings on behalf of manager or supervisor.
  • Performing managerial duties in absence of manager is also one of the main duties of an executive assistant.  

Sales & Marketing Manager

  • Prepare Sales and Marketing Annual Plan and Strategy
  • Sale &Marketing Department’s Staff Supervision
  • Cooperation with Others (Internal & External)
  • Solve any Issues/Complaints
  • Develop annual sales operational plan incorporating customer service and marketing objectives
  • Periodically review operations effectiveness and where necessary to lead process changes toward promoting greater efficiency in operational or cost control areas
  • Develop and periodically review Sales Incentive to ensure in line toward achieving department objectives
  • Develop, execute and monitor distribution programs to increase sales volume
  • Provide monthly update on competitive activities, competitor product launches and key services developments
  • Monitor and control total sales expenditures with allocated budget
  • Ensure collection targets are met where applicable
  • Develop proper methodology and rationale in disseminating annual sales target to individual regions and sales personnel
  • Facilitate information flow within sales department as well as in-between departments
  • Other related duties as instructed by Management  

Human Resource Manager

  • Contribute to the definition of HR policy with the GM, make recommendations to the board
  • Implement the Compensation & Benefits policy, and salary grids
  • Ensure recruitment of new staff and internal mobility according to company requirements
  • Monitor employees’ integration and training according to company standards
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and health & safety regulations
  • Supervise payroll processing, and administration of employees records
  • Implements guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate standards
  • Manage performance appraisal review system according to company standards
  • Measure employee satisfaction through appropriate tools
  • Prepare HR and training budget and monthly/annual report
  • Cope with employee relation’s matters, employee inquiries and promote team member satisfaction
  • Reporting
  • Report directly to the General Manager 

Spa Manager

  • Manage and oversee the Spa Department and all they entail
  • Ensure the training of the spa staff and maintaining the high quality of service
  • Complete all necessary reporting, inventories, budgeting and meet financial targets.
  • Maintain operating criteria/spa concepts and be responsible for the coordination and scheduling of all spa related services in relation to consistency with policies, philosophy, and objectives for the spa.
  • Able to manage Human Resource duties such as hiring, discipline, mentor, performance evaluations, and other needed duties related to personnel of Spa Department. 
  • Lead, motivate and coach the team of staff to achieve superior service and sales target.
  • Able to develop and enhance programs and policies to ensure staff of choice and retention of high performers, and able to mentor and develop high potential managers.
  • Initiate continuous and successful marketing and other methodologies to achieve business targets  
  • Food and Beverage Manager
  • Ensures profitability of a restaurant by increasing customer counts & average check, and accurately  projecting and controlling P&L line items, food cost, labor cost, and also other controllable operating expense;
  • Maintains high standard of raw and finished products’ quality, services, and cleanliness (QSC) to increase 
  • customer satisfaction and sales volume;
  • Demonstrates and reinforces people management effectiveness of restaurant by attracting, training, 
  • developing, retaining key staffs, and keeping staff satisfaction and productivity
  • Enforces and manages all food safety and sanitation requirements and practices;
  • Ensures proper implementation of policies and procedures throughout restaurant operations;
  • Maintains effective management of ordering, scheduling, personnel administration, planned maintenance, and building maintenance;
  • Ensures that respectful workplace exists in the restaurant  

Front office Manager

  • Answering questions about the companies’ policies, services and handling of any client complains.
  • Play a part in coming up with financial rate, creating the budget and deciding which departments receive certain allocations
  • Training front office employees on better customer service
  • Oversee front desk operations and ensure client receives 100% satisfaction
  • Resolve client complains in a timely manner and respond on time to any complaints
  • Participate in interacting with guests and ensuring that shift duties are handled by front desk employees
  • Handling of guest security and creating functional emergency procedures 

Chief of Security

  • Patrolling the hospital premises and identifying suspicious activity
  • Ensuring that the security arrangements in the hospital like computers, alarm systems and close circuit cameras are functioning properly
  • Researching new methods of hospital security and recommending upgrading of the existing system
  • Placing miscreants under citizen’s arrest until he can be handed over to the law enforcement officials
  • Interact with hospital staff of all departments with special emphasis on drug storage areas, infant care units, ward for mentally ill patients and trauma care
  • In case of fire or bomb threats, taking charge of evacuating the hospital
  • Forming a liaison between the hospital and law enforcement agency   

Chief of House Keeping

  • Monitoring and evaluating performance of housekeeping staff
  • Hiring new staff according to requirement
  • Visiting rooms and ensuring that the housekeeping work is done to perfection
  • Training new staff as per requirements of hotel
  • Along with the housekeeping manager, act as a liaison between housekeeping department and hotel management
  • Perform customer service duties
  • Ensure that customers are satisfied with housekeeping by providing efficient and professional housekeeping services
  • Schedule cleaning activities in the hotel
  • Allot responsibilities to housekeeping staff
  • Assuming a pleasing personality and a perfectly groomed appearance 

Chief of Maintenance

  • Must perform task like repairing of various equipments and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning or wiring work
  • Also maintenance of electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners etc must be done regularly.
  • Solving guest complains in time.
  • To keep a check that safety equipments like fire alarm, fire extinguisher etc are in place and are in working condition.
  • Refurbishing of chairs, tables, doors, windows and counters in order to keep it maintained for a long time.
  • Ground maintenance like cleaning and maintenance of parking lot, garden or landscaping, swimming pool etc.
  • Must be on call 24/7 for emergency to know if guest have any grievances.
  • Training the junior staff.
