Position: Sale & Marketing
Salary and Commission: can earn from 500$ up

• Must have at least 2 years working experience in Property Valuation
• Good computer skills for office related works.
• Good command of English both in Speaking and Writing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong ambition to grow in real estate career/business
• Ability to lead team with strong organizational skills
• Dynamic, punctual, loyalty and reliable
• Working day: Monday to Saturday

• Estimating property value by providing appraisals and consultations, researching and analyzing property information, reconciling various indicators and preparing the appraisal report.
• To perform property site inspections and investigations all aspects of buildings and land properties to identify and understand property characteristics to determine their values.
• Supervise, coach and be responsible for a team of valuers / appraisers
• Accomplish company goals
• Performing other tasks as required
• Working day: Monday to Saturday
