Ensure Compliance to Rules and Regulations
• Ensures compliance with all NagaWorld standards or relavant industry standards during all aspects of work;
• Ensures adherence NagaWorld’s Code of Conduct, Internal Rules and Regulations at all times.
General Job Functions
• Monitors public halls to identify potential players and introduce to Premium Hall;
• Welcomes and greet guest at hotel main entrance to hotel room or Premium hall; (Foreign guest arrival)
• Welcomes and greet guest at Premium Hall counter (Inhouse guest)
• Knowledge of Premium hall latest Program and promotion.
• Establishes relationships with Premium customer to promote Naga gaming experience;
• Reports to Supervisor or shift leader, including issue arise in Premium Hall, complain raised out by Premium customers;
• Be knowledgeable about and provide guests with information of casino events and general property amenities;
• Ensure utmost confidentiality to all player/s information profile.
• Coordinates with Treasury Department in term of cash out, rolling transaction, cash check in;
• Assists incoming and outgoing calls;
• Attends promptly to customers' request and assists them with their needs at Premium Hall;
• Provides basic customer service to all guest; (Acquire customer service skills)
• Oversees rolling transaction with player, Casino Operation and Treasury Department;
• Records rolling and cash transaction;
• Other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
• Verify and count cash check in (verify cash on table where guest can see)
• Verify each rolling transaction with guest (Casino Operation to print and verify rolling transaction slip)
• Maintain clean working area at all times (Coordinate with housekeeping)
• Provide guest/s with proper directions (NagaWorld outlets, hotel room and facilities)
