•  Bachelor Degree or above in telecommunication/ computer
•  Above 3 years experiences of VAS development experience
•  Familiar with value-added service
•  Familiar with mobile communications technology and PDSN
•  Familiar with TCP/IP, HTTP, WAP, SMS, MMS etc.
•  Proficient in the relevant IT technologies, including OS and database
•  Work carefully and diligently

•  Responsible for the design of VAS system requirements and technical specifications
•  Responsible for selection and contraction of the VAS systems
•  Responsible for analyzing market needs and propose solutions
•  Responsible for the testing and release of the VAS product
•  Responsible for the budgeteering and planning of the related work
•  Responsible for the management of the software version and the information security
•  Assist in the maintenance of the VAS system
