•At least 3-5 Years experiences of Treasury 
•Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance and Banking or related field 
•CTP designation strongly preferred. 
•To extensive experience in preparing cash forecasts and cash flow analyses. 
•To experience in the preparation of financial schedules
•To experience in building complex financial models to evaluate various financial plans. 
•To experience in presenting and preparing proposing to recommend new products/services to the bank. 
•To experience of leading, coaching and developing staff.

•Knowledge of investment portfolio strategy, banking, and financial instruments. 
•Knowledge of treasury software expertise is a plus. 
•Advanced analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. 
•Excellent collaboration, verbal and written communication skills. 
•Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions with a better solution. 
•Attention to detail and accuracy. 
•Willing to adapt quickly to quick changes in direction. 
•Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills.
