• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistic, Mechanical, or related field
• At least 5 year experience in transportation management
• At least 2 year experience in hazardous products transportation
• Good level of English

• To work closely under supervision of Operations Manager to achieve all transport KPI
• To coordinate with HSEQ Supervisor to ensure the strong implementation of HSEQ
• To coordinate RMA support functions to ensure the smooth transport operations
• To response to customers requirement (audit, safety inspection, investigation, etc.)
• To have best relationship with all the interco support/divisions in RMA Cambodia
• Analyze all Transport KPI and Reporting and be responsible to organize the Monthly
• Transport Meeting with Client and Conduct Analysis of Deviations/Near miss/accident
• (Client Complaints/Incidents/Losses/etc.) and propose Action -Plans to Operations Manager with the support of HSEQ Department
• Conduct Road risk assessment for all route plans to ensure all the risks are covered
• Implementation of Action Plans from for all the Transport area base on the finding, audit, safety inspection
• Ensure implement OBC, CCTV on board and live monitoring of the trucks and other works assigned by Operation manager to meet customer’s requirement
• Support in the event Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
• Ensure that the driver/transporter follows Road Transport rule, guideline, and memo...
• Sanction the alarm & alert type of events of the driver
• -Detect risky behavior of the driver
• Find the abnormal event and the violation of the driver follow by corrective action plan
• Analyze the event and report to management soon of any violate/abnormal
• Coordinate with fleet supervisor to address the unauthorized stop/new authorized stop or existing authorized stop
• Coordinate with transporter to address transport rule/guideline to enable to the driver to ensure that the drivers are award/follow
• Ensure that all fleet documents are update to date and keep the file recorded both hard and soft copy in folder
• Support in the event Analysis (Incidents, Complaints, Product Losses, etc.)
• Ensure all the local regulation is fully compliance
• Work incorporate with stakeholders to improve service quality
• Follow up and support Transport action plan implementation by focusing on the below:
•  Focus on SMT/ICT audit/ SMS audit and Accident action plan…
•  Ensure Compliance PATROM rules and local laws
•  Loss/Fraud/ Internal consumption Analysis Investigation
•  Conduct Analysis Deviation with Transport Manager (Client complaint/ Incident/ loss .... etc) and propose action plan to Transport Manager Conduct special projects in the area of responsibility/Support Audits/ Implement Audit recommendations
• Ensure truck management and truck Maintenance is properly planned
• Ensure Driver Training execution as planned
