• Main Role
• Translate and interpret training curriculums for clients
• Assist in training customer service for clients
• Create training schedules and assist in modifying or creating training curriculums
• Ensure that Customer Service at client places are performing at the highest standard
• Perform 1 hour of volunteer work with the Idea every week (flexible)
