Position: Transformational Development Facilitator Team Leader
Location: Mongkol Borei District, Banteay Meanchey Province
Salary & Benefit Package: USD 552 – USD 690 (dependent on professional experience and qualifications)

THE PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To provide leadership and programme oversight to Transformational Development Facilitators (TDFs) to ensure community mobilization, community empowerment & ownership approach, and key programme focus of the AP is applied with quality. This includes the functioning of child/youth clubs, youth engagement, existing Community Small Groups, church partnership, Community Based Organizations (CBOs), Agriculture Cooperatives (ACs) and local government structures are well implemented and contribute to the sustained well being of vulnerable children.

• Bachelor degree in rural development or Development Management Study or social science.
• Experience with Staff Management, Project management including assessment, design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills (Khmer and English).
• Knowledge in Transformational Development, Community Mobilization and empowerment concept.
• Effective Communication, Computer (Word, Excel) Facilitation, and coaching skills.
• At least 2 years experience in community development and mobilization, especially in poor/rural communities.
• Must be willing to work and stay overnight at the target village areas and field office
• Must be able to travel long distances by motorbike and use own motorbike required

• To provide programmatic support and guidance to TDFs to ensure strengthened community mobilization, ownership and sustainability to contribute to the well being of vulnerable children aligned with the Area Programme focus and plan and World Vision’s National Strategy.
• To lead TDFs to develop and strengthen partnerships within the AP’s target area and ensure that communities are ready for partnering and are implementing and increasingly owning community development.
• To ensure that the progress, lessons learned and evidence base from project implementation are strong, well tracked, documented and shared.
• To ensure that the team spirit and relationships with local authorities are built and maintained.
