•  Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or related fields
•  Proven Experience in Human Resources Management (Training)
•  Good communication skill, both in Khmer and English or Thai communication is advantage.
•  Good interpersonal, problem solving and negotiation skills
•  Ability to provide guidance or training to other employees
•  Must be friendly, flexible and reliable
•  Strong and positive work ethic and attitude.
