•University degree in Science or Technical, i.e. mechanical, electrical or industrial engineering
•Proven working experience in training field
•Familiarity with training methods
•Good communication and organizational skills
•Ability to plan, multi-tasks
•Good computer and database skills

•Identify and assess current and future training needs
•Develop an overall and individualized training plan and matrix
•Organize and coordinate training schedules for the plant
•Work with all department heads to develop the training material for their own areas
•Conduct on-the-job and off-the job trainings
•Conduct pre/post training assessment
