Cambodian Water Supply Association (CWA) is a non-governmental organization working with water business owners and managers and relevant stakeholders throughout Cambodia to bring clean, safe and affordable water to people live in all areas of Cambodia. CWA aims to create and enable an environment of collaboration and learning among water service providers or national and international stakeholders in the water sector irrespective to their political affiliation.
We are currently seeking to recruit: Training Coordinator (Full time), based in Phnom Penh with some travels to provinces.

SALARY AND BENEFIT: Annual salary range from USD 7,800 to USD 11,479 plus other benefit based on CWA’s staff policy.

• The following minimum requirements are expected for this assignment:
• At least hold bachelor/master degree in business administration, water engineering or other related fields
• Minimum two years experiences on capacity building interventions and research or other relevant experience on water sector
• Good knowledge and skill of written and spoken English
• Ability to work under pressure, both independently as well as part of the team
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good computer skills including MS Word & Excel
• Be able to travel to and stay overnight in provinces

• Training Coordinator is responsible for developing and coordinating the delivery of capacity building intervention and research project activities of CWA. She/he will work closely with the Executive Director and relevant partners to ensure that the capacity building intervention and research activities have achieved their intended result. The specific roles for the position are:
• Develop and coordinate CWA’s Open Access training program
• Develop research plan and proposal and coordinate research implementation
• Design capacity building interventions, including training, coaching or facilitating
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders or partner in delivering capacity building activities
• Monitor and report the result of Open Access training, capacity building intervention and research activities.
• Building good relation with relevance stakeholder and promoting CWA’s activities as appropriate.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Executive Director.
