Position: Harvesting Conductor (Oil Palm)

Hireling: 12 Posts.
Location: Cheung kor Commune, Prey Nope District, Sihanouk Province.

• BBA degree of education management or human resource management or management or equivalent certificate;
• Fresh graduated / who has experience to conduct the training is advantage;
• Experienced in field coordinator or any community is a plus advantage;
• Can communicate in English both written and spoken.
• Good team player, good interpersonal skill, good communication, and high commitment.
• Computer skills: Good in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint…)
• Be able to stay at province.

Job Scope

• The Training Assistant is responsible for coordination of effective and efficient implementation of training program, training need assessment, training follow up, and training report.

Responsibilities

• Assist training supervisor to conduct the training need analysis (TNA) within the company.
• Assist the training supervisor to design and develop the overall training program based upon input of the training needs.
• Implement the training curriculum and training program for MRT-TCC JV’s staff including workers.
• Updating of the training program (Internal and External) to ensure that it reflects the MRT-TCC JV’s require.
• Coordinate the work of outsourced training courses with professional organizations as necessary.
• Produce the training report;
• Update and keep the training record for all of the trainings (in-house and external training).
