• University degree in related field
• Working experience in a similar Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company
• Ambitious and self-motivated
• Result Oriented
• Good in oral communication skills (Khmer and English)
• Good in teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure
• Holding a driving license

• Implement trade coverage plan in base location
• Implement brand and trade programs in respective province
• Ensure product availability & expand distribution (distribution at satisfactory level)
• Manage a designated sales area
• Establish relationships with retailers and distributors
• Coach, Motivate and develop sales and distribution representatives
• Ensure market information are in place and updated
