• University Degree in Business with a minimum of 2 years extensive working experience in sales and Marketing
• Strong interpersonal skills with good command of both Khmer & English
• Proactive, ambitious and self-motivated with excellent analytical, leadership and supervisory skills
• Analytical ability and quick solving problems with negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literacy
• Holding a driving license
• Willing to be based in provinces

• Execute the marketing activities in the outlets located within the territory in order to meet customer and consumer objectives as described in the cycle plan
• Educate customers if necessary, providing required material and instructions
• Ensure that objectives in terms of availability, visibility, volume and customer price of products are achieved for the territory
• Manage and build close business relationship with key customers in the assigned territory
• Negotiate retail touch points (i.e. positioning, visibility, investment) based on communication strategy following guidelines set by Trade Activation Manager
• Propose goals and KPIs for the programmes implemented in the territory and track ongoing results
• Provide data and maintain accurate records on competitor’s moves and sales and distribution performance in order to ensure that Area Sales Manager is fully informed at all times
• Manage all assigned funds, materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximise the use of allocated assets
• Monitor brand’s performance in the outlets
• Gather/ provide ideas on how to develop retail touch points
