TrueMoney is a (mobile) payment provider in Cambodia that enables customers, who are typically "un-banked", to access financial services using their mobile phone or/and the TrueMoney agent network (Terminal POS). TrueMoney is building a network of TrueMoney agents, and strategic partners to provide a suite of financial payments services

• Study in Accounting or finance field
• Experience in finance field is priority
• Fresh graduate encourage to apply
• Willing to learn 
• Experience in Microsoft office (Word & Excel...)
• Honest and patient

• Processing daily top up and reimburse for dealer, agent, dispute causes and retail Store
• Keep track on transaction pending and follow up dealer and agent to clear all those transactions
• Primary solving problems that causes from dealers, agents and Sales Team
• Caching new member
• Handle contacting with bank when we are having problem or not receiving auto e-mail
• Contact with IT when DID of dealer/agent error cannot top up
• Produce payment request form and submit to finance when hot lines out of balances
• Producing daily report
• Perform other tasks assigned by Top Up Executive and line manager.
