• Bachelor degree in related fields
• At least 3 years experiences
• Good communication, good attitude and team work
• Ability to manage multi-tasks, hard working and high responsibility
• Good command of spoken and written English

• Welcome clients
• Check and booking air ticket
• Issue air ticket
• Contact agencies and clients
• Make quotation to clients if necessary
• Resolve all customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner whilst upholding the company’s image
• Service recovery satisfying guest with professional and empathetic service
• Manage individual performance and able to generate own performance report
• Keep track on company’s operational issue and the airline industry trends
• Able to work independently with strong follow up task
