• Engineering degree (preferably Mechanical or Chemical background)
• Minimum 10 years industry experience in engineering related field(s)
• Broad competence in Lubricants or industrial sales is preferable.
• Demonstrable competence in achieving targets, building relationships, delivering customer commitments and negotiating
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills needed
• Ability to challenge and drive projects forward while also managing stakeholder needs
• Business Analysis skills including SWOT
• Ability to plan independently and collaborate to implement plans
• Project management and coordination
• Ability to motivate and train sales people
