Position Purpose
- Primary responsibility for establishing the company’s technical vision and leading all aspects of the company’s technology development.
- Senior technology executive, playing an integral role in the company’s strategic direction, development, and future growth.
- Collaborates with Commercial Director under leadership of Managing Director to provide smooth process on GICT management
- Oversees and provides detailed technical proposal for all customer projects as an integral component of the sales contract process.
- Oversees quality assurance, robust post-development testing, installation and ongoing customer IT support.
- Provides high-level technical expertise and leadership of development and design of system architecture, end-to-end solutions, and hard- / software requirements.
- Manages and monitors technical staff, sets weekly/monthly/quarterly performance objectives (KPIs) to meet or exceed established GICT strategic goals.

- To anticipate and react to major technology changes to ensure the maintenance of company leadership in the competitive landscape.
- To lead the execution of technology strategy for technology platforms, partnerships, and external relationships.
- To ensure that the company meets all its legal requirements, including those relating to Occupational Health and Safety.
- To establish Product Development Procedure Standard and Quality Assurance (QA) / Quality Control Procedure Standard and Customer Support & Services Standard to ensure the product quality to meet customer satisfaction.
- To build and manage a top-flight technology team of workers as well as project management, while working closely with management, external vendors and advisors.
- To research and recommend new products, identifying new market opportunities and leading efforts to improve IT processes.
- To manage human resources within the technical department in liaison with the Managing Director and human resource management.
- To motivate the staff to perform well and also work on plans for employee welfare.
- To monitor network security and supervise the entire network system of the organization.
