We are recruiting Store Supervisor (10 posts) to assist the management team to manage and lead a company- owned Boost Juice Bars store and associated Team. To act as shift supervisor when managers are not present.  To assist in developing Store Team Members (Service Staffs) so as to achieve optimum results in  Customer experience, sales growth, profit delivery and Boost procedures. 

•  Bachelor Degree in the field of Marketing, Business or other related fields;  
•  A minimum of 2 years experiences in hotel/restaurant, specifically in the area of customer service;
•  Knowledge of marketing skill
• Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills;
•  Must have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.  
•  Must be fluent (both written and spoken) in the local language, ideally with some level of English.  
•  Good management skills with the ability to make decisions in tough circumstances;
•  Collaborative, influential and service minded personality;
•  Ability to work under pressure, and highly self-motivated; 

•  Encourage team members to live the Boost vision & values and maintains the Boost culture by leading by example  
•  Ensure the Boost steps of service are completed at register and pour up with EVERY customer and the Boost Recovery Strategy is used when necessary  
•  Actively monitor line times and wait times to achieve the Boost Basics  
•  Know and communicate daily targets to the team to actively pursue their achievement 
•  Assist Manager in the implementation of short, medium and long term store goals, outcomes and action plans  
•  Ensure the team is supporting any National promotions effectively
•  Ensure team members maintain outstanding appearance as per the Personal Presentation OPG  
•  Train team members and ensure they perform all tasks & procedures as per the OPG’s, Operations Manual & approved checklists
•  Assist overall stock management in the store; including stock ordering and monthly stock takes
•  Assist in the management and maintenance of all store equipment including the proper management of the Planned Maintenance Program  
•  Minimize product wastage at all times - Manage labour cost through adjusting roster hours where necessary & allocates break times outside of peak periods  
•  Responsible for ensuring all security policies and procedures are followed
