• Salary rank: $500 - $1000
• Competitive commission – could be from $20,000 up per annum based on sale performance

• Bachelor degree in marketing or related field. Master degree is a plus.
• Good computer skill (Ms. Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
• At least more than 2 years experiences in Real Estate
• Be able to speak English fluently
• Be able to speak Chinese / Japanese is first consideration
• Leadership and can manage sale executive
• Excellent communication skill, interpersonal and presentation skill

• Build up the relation with clients, tenants, residents to rent the rooms in Phnom Penh
• Supervise and manage sales officer
• Meet sales target as assigned by the management
• Lead generation: call, email, visit the customer
• Evaluate opportunity to maximize business outcome
• Follow up and update sales status
• Understand the products of the company and customer’s requirement
• Key in customer information and requirement in sales pipeline
• Prepare daily and weekly sales report to the management
