Teacher / Education Program Leader
This person is responsible for looking after the team of teachers and co teachers at the HUSK Kompheim Village Community school. They will have an active role in teaching classes themselves, as well as supporting and leading the rest of the team. They will be responsible for the organisation and daily running of the school and teaching programs. They will be jointly responsible for the development of the co teachers along with the HUSK Manager.
This role will involve working closely with the immediate team, but also developing sound relationships with the local government school teachers and directors., as well as other community leaders where relevant.
The person will are looking for will be outgoing, positive and confident. You must be a team player, but also a confident leader. You are not afraid of hard work and enjoy being challenged.
This role is ideally suited to someone genuinely passionate about helping improve English language skills for Cambodia’s youth and helping develop foundations for a better future.

Job Creation Manager
This will be around managing our revenue streams - softies, DIL, groups, uniform project, maybe volunteers, etc -
This person is responsible for developing HUSK’s income generation programs with two main objectives, firstly to help develop income generation programs for vulnerable villagers, and secondly to develop income for the funding of HUSKS programs. This role requires you to be able to meet with potential clients and discuss their needs, provide feedback, quotations and finalise sales. As such you need to be a confident communicator who is not afraid to meet with business owners, and happy to work through the entire process for design, to quotation and final delivery.
You need to be an independent worker, with sound listening skills and good problem solving techniques. You need to have strong spoken and written communication skills. You are highly organised and present yourself both confidently and professionally. You will liaise and work with with the Softies manager to ensure successful product development, quality and timely delivery.
This role will also include other areas around donor management and into the future volunteer management. As such you need to be willing to learn and grow as these areas develop. Whilst their will be team work, and you are always part of the team, this is a highly independent role and you need to be confident in your ability to effectively work by yourself.
