Job Requirement :
  •  BBA in Management (human resource/talent management is a plus),
  •  At least 2 year experiences working with the related areas, 
  •  Good command of English, being outgoing,
  •  Advance skill in Ms. Office, 
  •  Proven ability to articulate concepts and intention clearly,
  •  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships
  •  Proven ability to demonstrate urgency and customer-focus oriented attitude,
  •  Proven ability to work on a multiple tasks at the same time,
  •  Proven evidence to move fast, be patient, and result driven,
  •  Demonstration of high level of integrity and professionalism,
  •  Knowledge and/ or experience in HRIS
Job Duties :
  •  To implement the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure the requested manpower is supplied on time and in full. Ensure new employee is fit in the organization and culture. 
  •  Housekeep the candidate profiles on completion of recruitment activities and coordinate with system section to maintain recruitment policies and procedures in the HRIS
  •  Assists the review and updating job descriptions and organizational chart to ensure every staff movement are up-to date and ready to use
  •  To implement the talent management related programs such as Employee Engagement Programs, Performance Management, Talent Pool Development to ensure all programs are well executed and ready to support the business. Ensure that staff have the right skills, behaviour, mind-set and encourage high performance driven culture
  •  To implement succession plan and career management program to ensure there are sufficient staff ready for key roles;
  •  To coordinate the competency management programs to ensure employees have a clear framework of skills, knowledge and abilities that they must meet to fulfil their job expectations and contribute to the company’s success.
  •  To coordinate Talent related events such as Quarterly Roadmap, Career Forum etc.
  •  Prepare recruitment and HR reports as per requested by superior
  •  Handling and record own suppliers (PO, PR…) to comply with internal policy
  •  To perform other tasks as required by superior.
