We are the development arm of one of Cambodia's leading real estate developers responsible for some of the most impressive building schemes in the region. 
As a rapidly expanding organization we are looking to fill a number of positions in our Asset and Property Management Department.

•  Bachelor Degree in Social Science of Human Resources Management or any equivalent.
•  Sound knowledge of training and development. 
•  Sound knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, are necessary.
•  Detail Oriented.
•  Excellent communication skill.
•  Well presentation skill.
•  Fully conversant and up to date with all aspects of training technologies and HR best practice.
•  Experience in the development & implementation of employment policies and procedures.
•  A good working knowledge of HR systems.

•  Identifying training and development needs within the Company through job analysis, appraisal.
•  Designing and explaining training and development programm based on both Company and staff needs.
•  Working in a team to produce programm that are satifactory to all such as HOD, Line Manager, Supervisor and staff.
•  Developing effective induction programm within Company.
•  Monitoring and reviewing the progress of the trainee through questionnaires and discussion feedback from the Manager.
•  Developing individual training and learning plan.
•  Producing training material for in-house training.
•  Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and presenting in research
