A university degree or college diploma.

Excellent customer service skills are required
-
Compiles and records information to assemble tickets.

Reads coded data on booking card to ascertain destination, carrier, and flight number.
-
Minimum 3 years ticketing experiences with travel agency or BSP or Airline is advantage.
-
Hands-on experience of Abacus must require, and further experience with Galileo or Amadeus GDS system.
-
Further languages such as French, Vietnam, Korea, Thai, Chinese, Japan, are preferable and advanced.

Willing to work with honestly, hardworking and high responsible person is requirement.

Strong organizational and communication skills and ability to work and meet deadlines
-
Self-motivated and with a strong eye for details and challenging.
