Job Requirement :

Education
• Graduate of a University degree (4years).
Experience
• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience as ticketing and reservations from an airline or travel agency.

• Must have passed Basic reserv

Job Duties :

1. Ticketing and Reservations: Handles bookings of domestic and international flight itineraries; handles Membership mileage transactions; ensures correctness of fares; ensures accuracy in issuance of tickets and EMDs; exercises utmost care in handling passengers.
2. Cash and credit collection: Ensures accuracy in collections and issuances of receipts; handles refunds; ensures correctness of sales reports
3. Adherence to Company policies: Strictly observes company policies and regulations especially timekeeping rules, wearing of uniforms and Ids, corporate grooming standards and housekeeping; ensures smooth and harmonious relations at the work place.
4. Sales Initiatives: Handles ticketing services during on-site travel fares; conducts sales calls as necessary; represents PAL at events; submits materialization reports as required.
5. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be required.
6. Complies with applicable regulations and standards of the Company.
7. Assists the Manager in ensuring timely dissemination of changes and updates on products and services.
