SOMA Construction & Development Co., Ltd (SMCD) built it primarily as one of the departments of SOMA Group Co., Ltd called “SOMA Construction Services” in 2011. Within
the continuous and tremendous growth in the fast market, SOMA Construction & Development Co., Ltd was adopted as a construction and architect company in early 2014. 

Due to the Business growth, SMCD is urgently recruiting a numbers of qualified candidates to fulfil the below posts:

•  A Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management, building science and other equivalent.
•  At least 1 year of experience in surveyor and similar position.
•  Math skills, analytical mind, understanding of management principles and legal aspects
•  Communication skills, written and oral, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of other professionals.
•  Organization skills and a methodical approach to work.
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Accuracy and attention to detail.
•  Strong team working, Excellent IT, Flexibility, Project management skills.
•  Knowledge of relevant building and health and safety legislation.

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys.
•  Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations.
•  Direct or conduct surveys in order to establish legal boundaries for properties.
•  Record the results of surveys, including the shape, contour, location, elevation, and dimensions.
•  Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines, and other characteristics of terrain.
•  Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, maps, records, and documents related to surveys.
•  Plan and conduct ground surveys designed to establish baselines, elevations, and other geodetic measurements.
•  Coordinate with engineering and architectural personnel, clients, and others concerned with projects.
•  Adjust surveying instruments in order to maintain their accuracy.
•  Establish fixed points for use in making maps, using geodetic and engineering instruments.
•  Determine longitudes and latitudes of important features and boundaries in survey areas, using theodolites, transits, levels, and satellite-based global positioning systems (GPS).
•  Train assistants and helpers, and direct their work as performing surveys or drafting maps.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.
