Under Ly Hour Group, Borey Vimean Phnom Penh (“VMPP”) is one of the leading residential projects in Cambodia. VMPP is now seeking for the reliable and experience candidate to fulfill the following position:
Survey Engineer (1 Position)  

• BA degree in Civil Engineering, Surveying, or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction
• Land Surveyor License preferred
• Experience Required
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Survey Engineer
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities 
• Degree qualified in appropriate degree: Surveying, Geophysics, Geology, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or relevant qualifications
• Familiarity with MicroStation, Theodolite, TotalStation, AutoCad (2D & 3D), AutoCAD Land, levelling instrument, GPS software programs and related surveying programs
• Demonstrated strong project management skills
• Extensive knowledge of Design/Build protocol and development 
• Additional Requirements/Skills
• Ability to abide by Granite’s Code of Conduct on a daily basis

• To work closely with other field staff offshore, with Survey Operations Coordinator and Data management chief on project basis
• Assist online surveyor as required
• Operate competently all relevant survey equipment
• Responsible for the maintenance; repair and operational status of all survey equipment mobilized onboard the survey vessel
• Fault finding, repair and maintenance of electronic, computer and electromechanical equipment
• Ensure that all equipment failures are documented and reported to the Senior Survey Base Engineer
• Ensure that all equipment transfers are recorded and reported to the Survey Base Office
• Installation and interfacing of equipment and data communications networks on board ships 
• Calibration and verification of measuring devices
• Operating surface and underwater positioning systems/ Operating geophysical survey systems
• Development of existing survey systems to fulfill specific project requirements
• Ensure reporting is of the highest standards
