• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics & Supply Chain
• At least 3 years of experience in supply planning, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of supply chain management 
• Knowledge of statistics
• Knowledge of forecasting methodology
• Knowledge of cost accounting
• Knowledge of manufacturing process 
• Advanced level in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Strong presentation and written communication
• Experience in using ERP/Planning system such as SAP or FuturMaster
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills
• Able to prepare understandable slides regarding issues and scenarios
• Flexible in working time when needed
• Able to work under pressure.

• To prepare production and supply plans based on demand forecasts, finished goods stock level, capacity constraints, raw and packaging materials availability and work force availability
• To plan with production on yearly maintenance schedule and adjust schedule to meet product availability
• To highlight production capacity and limitation to superiors for forward planning before S&OP cycles
• To update weekly supply requirements for both beer and soft drink forward looking 18 months
• To propose alternative options related to production based on supply constraints
• To update production planning by SKU for 18 month forward looking
• To provide support to end users on daily operation of SAP PP
• To initiate, execute or participate in suitable action where necessary to improve logistics operations
• Perform other duties as assigned.
