• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business Management
• Comprehensive knowledge of SAP System
• Knowledge of stock control, financial accounting, supply and shipping activities
• Good command of English writing and speaking
• MS Office, Internet and Email proficiency

• Reporting Line: Mass Balance Supervisor
• Responsible for regular monitor and ensure ample stock supply levels in depots and warehouses.
• Overall in charge of SAP-TL system processing and documentation.
• Responsible for efficient delivery of products to customers, and within Total Cambodge.
• Ensure compliance with the group’s standards, procedures, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards for the depots and warehouses.
• Stocks management and analyze supply activities for lubricant and fuel product including receiving, storing, and loading.
• Efficient planning of monthly shipments for lubricant and fuel product.
• Accurate analyzing of the daily and monthly stock, reports, loss, and variances from depots and warehouses.
• Being the key user of SAP-TL System for all purchase requisition, responsible for completion of the project in accounting system, engineering, depots, warehouse, transport, supply and others areas in Operations and Supply.
• Responsible for smooth coordination between the Sales Departments, Finance, Source Points, Vessels, Marketing and Services Asia Pacific.
• Provide overall assistant to the Operations Manager on supply, budget control, and wet stock committee matters.
