•  Bachelor Business Administration field Management, Marketing other related fields 
•  Bachelor degree relative field.
•  Minimum 1-year working experiences in sales and marketing,
•  Proven working independently experience,
•  Extensive experience of developing, maintaining, and delivering on marketing strategies to meet Company objectives,
•  A strong understanding of customer and market dynamics behaviors, and their requirements.
•  Outgoing, positive, and energetic personality,
•  A proven ability to oversee all marketing, advertising and promotional staffs and activities. 
•  Good presentation skill & strong internal personal skills

•  Meeting clients to introduce products and services.
•  Follow-up with client's needs.
•  Manage and control sale to achieve sale target and summarize reports and suggestions to the supervisor.
•  Preparing a marketing strategy plan, especially, in Trade Promotion and Consumer Promotion to support sales, 
•  Survey and find potential target customers.
•  Lead the sales team to achieve the target. 
•  Supervise Sales Team to make sure that everyone can achieve their target
•  Presentation the product and trade incentive to each customer, inclusive of the consumer promotion
•  Motivate and convince customer to purchase the product as sales plan
•  Other tasks assigned by Sales Manager
