•  Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering
•  At least 5 years of working experience in structural design (Reinforced Concrete Structure and Steel Structure)
•  At least 3 years of working experience in site inspection
•  Be able to communicate in English.
•  Capable of using Robot Structural Analysis, Ms. Office, AutoCAD, internet and other related applications.
•  Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
•  Be detailed, precise, serious and careful.

•  Assurance structural stability of the building.
•  Providing the structural design, drawing and as built drawing in accordance with the construction method.
•  Solving the technical problem at construction site.
•  Checking and supervising the structural plan before delivering it to the construction site.
•  Providing reinforced concrete and steel structure design for all types of the residential house.
•  Site inspection management
•  Managing and monitoring drawing work of technical team.
