• Preferred Education and Experience Level:
• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience, or Five (3) years of related experience with progressive management experience.

• In charge of staffing, training, and performance evaluations of employees for each retail store and all related store operations.
• Help to implement marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for brand and retail store outlets.
• Follow a consistent brand image throughout all product lines, visual merchandising, campaign and promotional materials, store activities and events.
• Lead project management on new location retail development, store fit-out and inventory fulfillment and management. 
• Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed brand expansion. 
• Prepare sales and stock analysis for the open-to-buy plan and forecast.
• Perform all duties as Store Manager for retail location as needed. 
• Specific duties to be further identified and assigned by head management as appropriate.

Applicants must be comfortable standing on feet for majority of work-time and always helping customers, arranging clothes or cleaning store. Employees must be available to work on public holidays and weekends.
