• Ensure the high quality standard of service providing to customer in restaurant and any events
• Identify, research and resolve customer issues in any events
• Attend timeously to customer complaints
• Recommend process improvements
• Ensure that consumable and non-consumable goods are ordered, correctly stored and issues to the various locations safely
• Ensure that regular stock takes are conducted before the events starting
• Prepare and submit on the required format all information necessary for budgeting purposes, timeously and accurately
• To be fully aware of trends in the industry and make suggestions for improvement of operation
• To carry out or ensure that regular On-The-Job Training is taking place to agreed standards
• Ensure that staffing levels are correct and to agreed standards and are not exceeded without prior consolation
• Ensure those servicemen are always correctly and smartly addressed, that they offer professional and courteous customer service to customers
• Work overtime when needed
• Be punctual and take responsibility for own duties
• Respect company policies and other duties as assigned.
