•  Bachelor in Degree or equivalent
•  2 – 3 years experience in stock
•  Proficiency in English (Writing, reading)
•  Computer Literacy (Word, Excel, Internet/Email)
•  Knowledge in baby products (retail/wholesale)

• Verify stock-in & stock-out inside the store regularly
•  Check the products in system regularly
•  Issues products invoices to transfer stocks to each outlet
•  Prepare goods for retail and wholesale
•  Check the expiry products for each outlet
•  Organize the products in order as a system set
•  Manage products in system by category classification

Key Responsibilities:

•  Ensure that report in stock system properly organized
•  Ensure that stock transfer correctly checked
•  Ensure checking the expiratory products regularly
•  Ensure imported products counted correctly
•  Ensure entering the stock data accurately in system
•  Ensure stock report completed filled in
