•  Associate or Bachelor degree in management or stock management 
•  Minimum 1 year experience in stock management 
•  Good knowledge and background in stock management
•  Ability to manage people and organize work effectively
•  Willing to learn new thing to achieve the objective
•  Able to understand English Language
•  Good computer literacy Ms Word/ Excel
•  Commitment, honesty, flexibility, and adaptability

•  Check stock movement.
•  Check internal transfer and monitoring.
•  Checking delivery notes and ensuring correct dating and allocation to customer.
•  Cross check with actual collector about the stock-out, stock-in.
•  Records and files to be kept in order and easily accessible.
•  Complete the inventory report daily, weekly and monthly.
•  Arrangement the warehouse to make sure is applied.

•  Propose the solution for stock clearance in term of slow moving items and damage stocks.
