•  Checking parts number and price from system.
•  Parts demand forecasting.
•  Maintain inventory management system using excel date base.
•  Group the parts according to inventory control class and special control class.
•  Prepare parts stock aging, inventory and other monthly report as required by the management.
•  Analyze fast & slow moving parts.
•  Monthly dead stock report.
•  Monthly parts sale report on unit cost.
•  Prepare stock order planning sheet.
•  Warranty & Recall Parts to be store and controlled.
•  Purchas order request for lubricant and accessory.
•  Counting stock every 1 month for major line items.
•  Posting stock in NAV system for new stock coming.
•  Perform any other tasks assigned by After Sales Manager.
