• University degree or equivalent to degree in field of business or related field
• At least 1 years prior experience in stock controlling
• Strong computer skills with prior experience and knowledge of stock management software
• Ability to use Microsoft Office (proficiency with Excel)
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Honest, well organized, and accurate (high attention to detail)
• Hard-working, responsible, flexible with the ability to work independently and within a team

• Oversee processing of new incoming shipments including unloading of merchandise
• Manage inventory control and update inventory tracking system
• Ensure a clean and organized maintenance of stockroom/warehouse
• Communicate with other staff regarding current and projected status of inventory
• Provide daily reporting of inventory stock and conduct weekly stock reconciliation
