We are looking for qualified and dynamic candidate for the position as following.

• Master of Business Administration in Sales or Marketing or equivalent
• At least five years’ experience in FMCG (especially Food&Beverage)
• Practical experience in special function-Wedding, House Warming, Birthday, and other special ceremonies
• Be familiar with SFE, SFA, Premix & Postmix
• Good customer management and relation, communication and negotiation skill
• Good interpersonal, creative, and be flexible
• Be able to communicate in English
• Possess Business analytical skills
• Advance Ms. Office, Word, Excel, and Internet and Email

• Manage customers within assign territory to ensure that all promotion are activated
• Make sure all special function is using the Coca-Cola Company products
• Manage all carters nationwide to build relationship
• Develop tactical deal for special function & get alignment from trade marketing
• Develop accounts by making sure there is no OOS in the outlets
• Order generation with 100% through capturing Sales Force Automation (SFA)
• Ensure all products are properly merchandised with 100% achievement based on PIXOS target
• Manage POSM, pricing & displays placed in store as per promotion place
• Manage cash/AR as per credit policies and make sure there is no debt
• Manage and implement as per project plan approved by Country Sales Director
• Maintain assets as per CBC standards
• Commit to the quality award achieved as per BP
• Other tasks assigned by Country Sales Director
