K-Fix Automotive Co., Ltd is the first grand and premium car service center in Cambodia. Our mission is to become the reference in term of automotive services in Cambodia. In order to promote our operation, we now are looking for qualified candidates for following:

•  Bachelor in management or equivalence,
•  Professional qualification of inventory/stockand spare part management,
•  At least five years of experience in spare part management/inventory
•  Comprehensive knowledge of logistic ofspare part practices,
•  Knowledge of effective methods of organizing/ implementing a stock/inventory,
•  Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills, and influencing skills;
•  Computer knowledge of MS Office,
•  Good command of English both spoken and written;
•  Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure; and
•  Demonstration of good leadership and teamwork spirits

•  To manage the distribution of the dealership, distributorship spare parts and accessories 
•  To ensure parts inventory control according to dealer standards as well as in compliance with the company policy, procedure and guidelines.
•  To optimize, monitor, control, protect the company parts & accessories inventory asset in the most effective & efficient manner 
•  To ensure that the parts sales achieve budget objectives and parts sales gross profit
•  To continually investigate and assess the local parts market for parts pricing, 
•  To prepare the parts annual revenue and expenses budget through annual operational plan
•  To maintain effective control, monitor of expenses in line with budget objectives and review all pricing policies, labor rates, fleet discounts and parts pricing 
•  To ensure all clerical functions within the parts department are carried out in accordance with company policies 
•  To improve the quality of customer service and retention by ensuring that priority is given to meet the customer requirements 
•  To handle customer concerns/complaints with the best care and resolve the issues satisfactorily to ensure that target customer satisfaction 
•  To perform other tasks assigned by supervisor
