We are presently recruiting for hospitality oriented individuals to be members of pre-opening team for  professions such as Front Office Manager cum Housekeeping, Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Sous Chef, E-Commerce Manager, Human Resources Officer and Account Executive with below key duties and responsibilities, and job specifications.

Job Requirement :
  • To perform the role effectively, individuals should possess the minimum job specification as below
  • Related certification of vocational training and/or on-the job-training is an advantage.
  • Working experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef within full service hotels is a preferable. Previous experience or internship with the food and beverage service operations would be a plus.
  • Strong management and leadership skills and attention to detail. Able to determine priorities while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills, written, speaking, listening and reading
Job Duties :
  • Responsible for smooth and efficient of day-to-day operations of all kitchen outlets.
  • Understand and follow up on hotel policies relating to fire, hygiene, health and safety.
  • Monitor the quality and quantity of all food items being served in minimizing profits while keeping food cost at minimum.
  • Assist the manager to establish the kitchen standard operation procedure and ensure the set standards are carried out well by subordinate.
  • Assist the manager in recruiting and selection subordinates, conduct the departmental orientation, analyze, plan, design, deliver and evaluate on-the job-training as per prescribed standard operation procedure.
  • Assist the manager in conducting the staff performance appraisals as per set policy and procedure.
  • Monitor the correct quality and quantity of all goods received from suppliers accordance with purchase orders.
  • To ensure reusable food are not wasted.
  • To inspect all kitchen equipments and materials continuously and keep them well maintained
  • To ensure all associates are aware of hotel’s rules and regulations by briefing them periodically.
  • To ensure the attractiveness of displaying of food for daily buffet, all dinning and banquet events.
  • To ensure that associate who are in direct contact with guests have full knowledge of all food items terminology and methods of how they were prepared and/or cooked.
  • To maintain quality standard as they relate to sanitation and cleanliness
